A father is accused of taking his two children from a foster home.

About 4:30 p.m. Monday, Jon T. Lockwood, 54, allegedly took 8-year-jold Patrick Nguyen and 10-year-old Sarah Nguyen from their foster home at 196 Hawthorne Road, where Lockwood went after a supervised visit.

Lockwood's last known address is a hotel in Foxborough, Mass.

Before that, is said to have lived in Utah and Nevada. He has tied to those two states; his LinkedIn page says that he owns "Lockwood SoftDev" in Las Vegas.

Police say it amounted to a tug-of-war with Lockwood pulling Patrick into his car while his foster mother pulled back.

Lockwood is then said to have gotten Patrick and Sarah into his car despite neighbors trying to stop him.

    Description of the children:

8-year-old Asian male named Patrick Nguyen last seen wearing blue jean shorts and a neon yellow T-shirt.

10-year-old Asian female named Sarah Nguyen last seen wearing blue jean shorts and a blue and purple T-shirt with a mermaid on the front.

Preliminary investigation reveals Jon T. Lockwood, 54, with a last known address at a Foxboro hotel allegedly entered the foster home of his two children and forcibly removed them.

Lockwood fled with the two children in a brown 1995 BMW 525i bearing Mass. registration: 478RF8.
