Authorities Still Search for Missing Teen in NH

EFFINGHAM, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshire authorities are still searching for an 18-year-old woman who walked away from a neurological rehabilitation center in Effingham.

Fish and Game conservation officers, the New England K-9 Search and Rescue and a state police helicopter have been searching since Sunday afternoon for the woman, whose first name is Joelle.

She is described as being five feet tall and 105 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue pajamas, pink socks and no shoes.

Anyone who comes into contact with her is asked to call the New Hampshire Fish and Game Dispatch or the Carroll County Sheriff's Office.

Others involved in the search include the Upper Valley Wilderness Response Search Team, Civil Air Patrol and area police and fire personnel.
