(NECN) - The Portsmouth, N.H. bar where a man was beaten and later died is officially closing.
Police say the closure of "The Page" was the result of a settlement between its owner and the city.
The Portsmouth City Council had authorized a petition to end the bar's liquor license after 24-year-old Josh Krantz was attacked in April.
His skull was fractured and he died several hours later.
Zachary O'Neill is charged in the beating.
