(NECN: Kathryn Sotnik, North Attleboro, Mass.) - The public is expected to learn more Tuesday about the criminal evidence removed from Aaron Hernandez's North Attleboro home during several recent police searches.
The former New England Patriots player is being held on a murder charge in 27-year-old Odin Lloyd's death.
Earlier Monday, Attleboro District Court Judge Daniel O'Shea ruled, at the request of motions filed by attorneys from several media outlets, to lift an order impounding the search warrants. The Boston Globe, Associated Press and Gatehouse media were named in court as the media outlets fighting the impoundment.
Both the prosecution and Hernandez's defense attorneys say they did not want this information released.
In court Monday, Hernandez's defense attorney James Sultan argued that releasing the warrants could lead to an "unfair" trial for Hernandez. Sultan also said it could, "poison a perspective jury pool."
However, Monday, Bristol County District Attorney Sam Sutter said he would not appeal the judge's decision.
There's no word yet if the Hernandez defense team will appeal to the Supreme Court.

41 year old Ernest Wallace also appeared in Attleboro District Court Monday. He entered a "not guilty" plea to accessory after the fact to murder. The Miramar, Florida man will be back in court on July 22nd for a status hearing.
Prosecutors allege Hernandez, Wallace, and another man, 27-year-old Carlos Ortiz, were in a car together the night Lloyd was killed.
Lloyd was a semi-pro football player for the Boston Bandits.
Ortiz is also behind bars on an illegal weapons charge. He's set to appear in court Tuesday at 11 am for a dangerousness hearing.
