(NECN: Greg Wayland) - There's more than just temperature joining New England to Florida Monday in the days after the verdict in the Trayvon Martin case.
At the Dorchester Youth Collaborative, 13-year-old Devin says George Zimmerman being found not guilty is justice gone awry.
"It's basically race because it's a white guy basically following a black teenager with a guy," he says.
For Brian in South Boston, it is headlines and the media raising the heat.
"I mean, I understand why people are mad about it, but I think they blew it out of proportion," he says.
Down on Dorchester Avenue, Mike says "The verdict is not even a verdict 'cause in America we thought justice is for the people, but we just realized not for the black people."
Was race an issue? There's a divide.

"Not like they're trying to find the person who shot Trayvon Martin, they know who shot him," a man says.
