(NECN) - The arraignment date has been set for one of the men charged in the Aaron Hernandez murder investigation.
Ernest Wallace will be appear in Fall River Superior Court in Massachusetts Thursday, Sept. 19.
Last month, Wallace was indicted on a charge of accessory to murder after the fact.
Prosecutors say he was with Hernandez when Odin Lloyd was killed in June.
