UPDATE (5:43 p.m.) - Prosecutors say electronic filing accounts for the misunderstanding in the Shayanna Jenkins paperwork, but it was there on time.
UPDATE (5:24 p.m.) - Bristol County District Attorney's Office say they were "under the impression" the Jenkins paperwork was sent over to the Bristol County Superior Court clerk in time, but the clerk's office says it wasn't there.
(NECN: Kathryn Sotnik) - It appears Bristol County, Mass. prosecutors missed their deadline Monday in providing additional details in the perjury case against former NFL star Aaron Hernandez's fiancée, Shayanna Jenkins.
In November, a judge ordered prosecutors provide more detail about their allegations that Jenkins lied to a grand jury. This is the same grand jury that indicted Hernandez on a murder charge.
The clerk's office at Bristol County Superior Court said, as of closing Monday, no "Bill of Particulars" was filed.
Prosecutors allege Jenkins lied to the grand jury about disposing of evidence at Hernandez's request.
Hernandez has plead not guilty to murder in 27-year-old Odin Lloyd's killing. He's being held behind bars.
Jenkins has also plead not guilty to the perjury charge and is free on personal recognizance.
