(NECN) - A former East Haven, Conn. police officer accused of being part of a conspiracy to harass Latinos has been sentenced to two years in prison.
Jason Zullo and three other officers were charged last year with abusing and harassing Latinos in East Haven.
Zullo, who is white, pled guilty to obstruction by falsifying a police report.
He told the court his actions were wrong and that pleading guilty was the right thing to do.
