Lengthy Delays at Logan Airport Testing Patience of Many

(NECN: Nicole Jacobs, Logan Airport, Boston) - Terminal C at Logan Airport is home to Jet Blue, United Airlines and Cape Air. The delays for these airlines are massive. Lines are backed up for not just hours, but days.

Workers are passing out waters to waiting passengers in an attempt to make the situation a bit more bearable.

The snowstorm that hammered the area earlier in the week is responsible for hundreds of grounded flights dating back to Thursday evening. Now the backlog of flights could take days to repair.

"We got here, tried to check our bags and they told us they don't have a flight out until the 7th," said Katlyn Allen. "Our flight got cancelled while we were in line. Then we got booked separately on other flights and those got canceled too," said Matt Hadley.

Some are considering other options such as rental cars.

Long lines have been lengthening for days. If you have a scheduled flight, it would be a great idea to call ahead of time. Otherwise there's a high chance you'll be stuck waiting for an undesirable amount of time.
