(NECN) - A Rhode Island attorney accused of hosting a party for underage teens is now facing charges under the state's social host law.
Police say Jayne Donegan had dozens of teenagers at her North Kingstown house for a birthday party where drugs and alcohol were made available.
Officers were called to scene after neighbors called to complain of teenagers drinking and urinating in their yards on Saturday night.
According to the police report, investigators found alcohol, drug paraphernalia and marijuana at the party.
Donegan is also charged with simple assault and obstructing.
