(NECN) - A Boston EMT is being held on $50,000 bail this morning after being arraigned on rape charges.
Juan Rivas of Roxbury, Mass. didn't show his face at his arraignment Tuesday on charges stemming from an alleged assault on his domestic partner.
According to the District Attorney's Office, the offenses took place while he was off-duty.
