(NECN) – On Saturday, an allegedly impaired driver crashed his vehicle into Scutra Restaurant in Arlington, Mass., injuring one patron.
The 70-year-old woman was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The operator of the vehicle, Nick Martirosyan, 57, was placed under arrest and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol (2nd offense) and Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
He will be arraigned in Cambridge District Court on March 3.
