(NECN) - A Brockton, Mass. nursing home assistant is facing serious charges after being accused of raping an elderly patient.
Jean Belimarie, 50, works as a certified nursing assistant at the Champion Rehabilitation and Health Center in Brockton.
Police say the alleged incident happened last week.
Family members of the victim reported the incident to authorities.
