3 Arrested, Charged After Firing at Vehicles With Pellet Guns in Boston

Police said vehicle and license plates attached were stolen

Three people were arrested and charged after firing at parked motor vehicles in Boston's Mattapan neighborhood Friday night, police said. 

Police received a radio call at around 1:20 a.m. Friday that a white SUV travelling down Mildred Avenue fires at parked vehicles causing damage to their windows. Police located the car and arrested the driver and two occupants. 

According to police, they were firing with pellet guns. The vehicle and license plates attached were stolen. 

The SUV operator was 29-year-old Franck Jules, of Mattapan. Two occupants were identified as Robserson Jacques, 20 of Mattapan, and a 16-year-old boy from Randolph. 

Jules was charged with delinquency of a minor, destruction of property and receiving stolen property. Jacques was charged with delinquency of a minor and receiving stolen property.
