3 Killed in Early Morning 1-Car Crash in Castleton, Vermont

An early morning car crash in Castleton, Vermont, has killed three people.

Police responded to an emergency call about the one-car crash around 4:30 a.m. Saturday. They say when they arrived at the scene all three occupants of the car were dead.

The Rutland Herald newspaper says the victims have been identified as Castleton residents Andrew Laramie and Samantha J. Forrest and Fair Haven resident Caleb C. Kinney.

The victims were in their 20s. Their bodies have been taken medical examiner's office in Burlington for autopsies.

The cause of the crash is being investigated.
