Police in Nashua, New Hampshire, have accused three landlords of substandard and unsafe living conditions regarding several rental properties.

Two were accused Friday of installing a new boiler and water heater without getting the proper permits and not being licensed pipe fitters. They are 50-year-old Kyle Lamerand and 44-year-old Thomas Bester.

Police also cited 53-year-old Douglas Dichard on charges of forging a city gas verification tag, dumping raw sewage in a storm drain, and housing code and mechanical requirement violations.

It was not immediately known if they had lawyers.
