3rd Suspect in Boston Teen's Shooting Death Held Without Bail

Jaden Waiters, 20, was arraigned in court Tuesday

The third person charged with murder in the shooting death of a Boston 17-year-old had been ordered held without bail.

Jaden Waiters, 20, was arraigned in court Tuesday.

His arrest comes nearly two months after the death of Raekwon Brown, who was shot and killed when gunfire broke out near Jeremiah Burke High School in early June.

Four other people suffered gun-shot wounds, but survived.

Two others arrested in connection with the shooting last month, 23-year-old Jonathan Aguasvivas of Roxbury and 24-year-old Benzy Bain of Mattapan, allegedly have gang ties.

All three suspects appeared in court Tuesday - Aguasvivas and Bain were in court for a probable cause hearing that was pushed back - and they're due back in court on Sept. 7.
