6 Hospitalized in 2 Crashes in Plymouth, Mass.

Six people were injured in two separate crashes within 15 minutes of each other Sunday evening in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

First, a motorcycle crashed on the ramp of Exit 2 on Route 25 northbound around 6:45 p.m.

The 46-year-old Plymouth man operating the bike was taken to South Shore Hospital. His passenger, a 44-year-old Barnstable woman, was also hospitalized, but state police did not know where she was taken.

Then, just before 7 p.m., four cars collided on Route 3 northbound. All four occupants of one of those cars were taken to Jordan Hospital.

No one else was hurt in that crash.

State police initially reported that four cars and one motorcycle had crashed on Route 3 at 6:45 p.m.

The conditions of the victims were not immediately known.
