Union Bank is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect or suspects responsible for a Nov. 20 bank robbery at the Union Bank branch in Jeffersonville, Vermont.

The bank robbery occurred on Nov. 20 at 3:26 p.m. at the Union Bank at 44 Main St. in Jeffersonville. Vermont State Police received a 911 call from the bank manager a short time later reporting that a bank robbery had just occurred.

A lone male reportedly entered the bank and demanded money from the teller. No weapon was displayed. The male then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money and was last seen fleeing east toward School Street.

Troopers responded and secured the scene, and a K-9 track was conducted, but the suspect was not located.

The suspect is described as being 5'6", with a slender build. He was wearing a black North Face zip jacket with a hood, gray/blue jeans, black or dark colored sneakers, black gloves, and a black half noprene face mask.

Vermont State Police said anyone with information about the robbery is asked to contact them at 802-635-7036.
