    Police in Chelsea, Massachusetts, say a boy getting off a bus Monday morning was struck by a car.

    The boy, who only suffered some bumps and bruises, was being let off the bus at Carter Street by Addison Street around 8:15 a.m.

    The school bus has its stop sign out, but a vehicle overtook the bus and grazed the boy.

    The driver remained on the scene and was cited for operating to endanger. He will be summonsed to court.
