71-Year-Old Pulled From Car in Road Rage Attack

A 71-year-old man was pulled from his car and beaten Saturday evening in a road rage incident in Barre, Massachusetts.

Police say a man attacked the victim on Route 122, yanking him from his vehicle and hitting him repeatedly in the face.

The victim was transported to a local hospital for cuts and lacerations to the face.

Witnesses say the suspect was a 25-year-old man with short, dark hair and a sleeve of tattoos who was wearing jeans and a T-shirt. It is believed that he was driving a green or black SUV made by Chevrolet or GMC.

Police say the victim's family was also in the car with him, but they were unable to fight off the suspect.
