9 Arrested in New Hampshire Drug Raid

The arrests were made as a result of the 9th installment of Operation Granite Hammer.

Nine people were arrested Monday in a drug raid in Manchester, New Hampshire.

The arrests were made as the Manchester Police Department, the New Hampshire State Police and the United States Drug Enforcement Administration carried out the 9th installment of Operation Granite Hammer.

The Opiod Abuse Reduction Grant awarded by the state, made this collaborative effort to disrupt the street-level distribution of illicit drugs and illegal possession of firearms possible.

The following individuals will be arraigned on Tuesday in the 9th Circuit District Court Manchester: 

• Rachel Moyer, 32, of 72 Shirley Park Road Goffstown, arrested for theft

• Scott Lavoie, 57, of 300 Hanover Street #2 Manchester, arrested for possession of a controlled drug

• Kristopher Cote, 36, of 211 Ash Street Manchester, arrested for possession of a controlled drug and falsifying physical evidence

• Christine Rhea, 27, of 178 Crowley Falls Road Brentwood, NH, arrested for possession of a controlled drug and probation violation

• Amanda Loiselle, 28, of 17 Suffolk Court Bedford, NH, was arrested for probation violation

• Brian Huoppi, 35, of 118 Riddle Street Manchester, arrested for possession of a controlled drug

• Shane Crawford, 34, of 25 Connecticut Street Woodsville, NH, arrested for possession of a controlled drug

• Rifat Syla, 25, of 216 Valley West Way Manchester, arrested for resisting arrest

• Kaelyn Burchi, 27, of 809 Brent Street Manchester, arrested for possession of a controlled drug
