A 99-year-old woman was mugged while bringing cookies to the Windsor Senior Center on Wednesday morning, according to Windsor, Connecticut, police.
As she was bringing the treats to the center on Broad Street, a man came up behind the victim, knocked her down and stole her purse, police said.
She is OK and authorities are looking for the assailant, who police said is known to them.
Police hope to make an arrest soon.
