Alleged Drunken Boston-Bound Flight Passenger Due in Court

Kamila Dolniak, 32, a citizen of Poland, was ordered to surrender her passport last time she faced a judge

A woman accused of interfering with a flight crew on a Boston-bound British Airways flight is expected back in court Tuesday.

Kamila Dolniak, 32, a citizen of Poland, was ordered to surrender her passport last time she faced a judge.

Prosecutors say Dolniak had been drinking and taking sleeping pills when she allegedly tried to open an exit door during the flight from London to Boston.

Dolniak was arrested when the plane landed.

She has pleaded not guilty.
