Police are asking for the public’s help to find assailants who viciously attacked two men in Worcester, Massachusetts, this week after they arranged to meet a woman at her apartment via a social media dating app.
One victim told police that he when he arrived last Monday at the Laurel Street apartment building where he planned to meet a woman he was messaging, two men approached him in a stairway, attacked him and stole his cell phone.
On Sunday, another victim told police he was stabbed after he was told to meet a woman on Laurel Street through a dating app. The suspects did not succeed in robbing the victim. His injuries are considered non-life threatening.
