Police in Middletown, Connecticut, are investigating after a Wesleyan University student was assaulted early Sunday morning.
According to police, the incident occurred around midnight on Church Street. Authorities say the victim was approached by a white SUV and then grabbed by several male suspects.
The victim was later found by Wesleyan Public Safety.

Police will be increasing patrols in the area.
