A New Hampshire judge has revoked bail for a man charged with hitting and killing a Claremont woman while driving under the influence of drugs last year.

The Valley News reports that the judge on Monday deemed 24-year-old Aaron Moeller a danger to the public and ordered him held until trial.

The Unity man pleaded not guilty last month to homicide and aggravated DUI charges in the September 2015 crash that killed 44-year-old Christa Osgood and injured Kenneth Lavigne of Newport.

Prosecutors presented evidence Monday that Moeller violated his probation conditions twice last month. Moeller's probation officer and an employee at the Sullivan County Department of Corrections testified that Moeller gave urine samples that both tested positive for opiates.
