Little League Team to Receive Donations After Weekend Vandalism

Their most recent donor is Primary Bank

Bedford Little League's concession stand was vandalized Saturday night, and a number of New Hampshire businesses have come forward to make donations.

According to the Bedford Little League Board, the cost to repair the damages is about $5,000.

Their most recent donor is Primary Bank.

"It's unfortunate this happened, but we are grateful to our community members, like Primary Bank, who are stepping up to help us repair the damage and ensure the kids have something to look forward to next season," Bedford Little League President Jeremy Hinton said in a statement from the bank.

Bedford Friends of Recreation, The Manchester Monarchs, NH Fisher Cats and Elliot Health Systems are said to also make donations to the league.

The Little League players will accept the donation from Primary Bank Tuesday evening at a ceremony at the Blake Marston Field in Bedford.
