Boston Board Decides Fate of Fenway Bar After Alleged Druggings

The Cask n' Flagon faced two violations in connection with two incidents in May in which both women believe they were drugged

The Boston licensing board found that there were no violations by a popular Fenway bar where two women were allegedly drugged. 

The Cask n' Flagon faced two violations in connection with two incidents in May in which both women believe they were drugged last May.

Police say one of the women was sexually assaulted and woke up in a Somerville apartment, after having one drink at the bar. 

If the board had found there had been violation, they could have shut down the bar.
