Boston Man Found Guilty of Stabbing Man to Death

A Boston man has been found guilty of stabbing a Massachusetts man to death in 2013.

Thirty-two-year-old Nathaniel Brown was found guilty of murder in the first degree in the homicide of 22-year-old Jordin Baskin, who was found dying in the Milton home he shared with his parents, according to the Norfolk county district attorney's office.

Prosecutors proved their argument in court with audio evidence that Baskin's parents provided to authorities, which included the fight that led to Brown stabbing Baskin 11 times on April 14.

The jury deliberated for about nine hours before coming to its verdict, according to the DA.

Brown was arrested in Sept. 2013 after a two-day search by Boston, Milton and state police.

Formal sentencing starts Wednesday, and will include family impact statements.

Since he was convicted of murder in the first degree, Brown faces a mandatory sentence of life without parole.
