Boston Police say a police officer suffered minor injuries when he was struck by a vehicle Friday afternoon.
The incident happened around 4:20 p.m. at Columbia and Blue Hill Avenue.
The officer was working a detail at the time.
Police say it doesn't appear to be a hit-and-run.
No further details were released.
