A head on collision, West on Route 6 in Harwich, Massachusetts, sent four people to Cape Cod Hospital.
Both East and Westbound lanes on Route 6 have been reopened.
A 2008 Jetta driven by a 33-year-old man, and a 2011 Equinox driven by a 36-year-old man were the vehicles involved in the crash.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
