Companies to Pay $17M for Erectile Dysfunction Services Scam

Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey announced the judgment on Monday

Two Florida companies have been ordered to pay $17 million total for deceptively marketing and billing for medications and services related to the treatment of erectile dysfunction at an unlicensed medical clinic in Massachusetts.

Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey announced the judgment on Monday. It orders restitution to consumers and preventive measures to ensure future compliance with the law.

It also permanently prohibits Florida Men's Medical Clinic, LLC and Men's Medical Clinic, LLC from operating unlicensed medical clinics in Massachusetts.

Prosecutors say the companies used deceptive advertising to market the erectile dysfunction services and treatments sold at their Framingham facility. Prosecutors say more than 4,000 patients went to the facility for care.
