Now that the House has approved President Obama's plan to train and back Syrian rebels fighting ISIS, it's the Senate's turn to take on the issue.

Secretary of State John Kerry testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, explaining how the administration plans to defeat ISIS.

Secretary Kerry continued to push the president's idea that there won't be boots on the ground.

Earlier this week, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff said the administration shouldn't rule out combat troops.

Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy joined us from Washington D.C.

Murphy said, “I’m broadly supportive of the president’s plan. I support putting new military advisors in Iraq.”

He said he disagrees with one part of the president’s plan, which is to arm and train the group of Syrian Rebels.
