Convenience Store Robberies Under Investigation

Police say a man in a wig robbed the Honey Farms store in West Boylston, Massachusetts, at gunpoint, and that a Worcester Honey Farms was also robbed by a man matching the suspect's description.

Police are investigating robberies at two Central Massachusetts Honey Farms stores.

According to West Boylston Police, a man robbed the convenience store in that town at gunpoint before 6 a.m. Thursday. The suspect, a man in a blonde wig and sunglasses, is seen in surveillance photos.

He took cash and cigarettes before leaving in a green Honda Civic with Massachusetts plates reading, in part, "8152."

Officials say the suspect is between 5'10 and six feet.

Another Honey Farms store in Worcester was robbed. The description of the suspect and the vehicle is the similar, police say.
