Working on Labor Day, or for that matter any holiday, can be tough. However, at least one Worcester, Massachusetts, couple was happy to clock in on Monday.
Oriola Kochi and Enton Mehillaj are co-owners of Livia's Dish. The couple didn't know each other in Albania, but they both left the country in 1996 and met in Worcester.
After spending years working for other people, they decided to work for themselves. The husband manages the kitchen and the wife handles the hiring.
The couple says they are glad to be busy operating their restaurant on Labor Day even though it's a time most people have off.
