Police are looking for a suspect they say struck a bicyclist Saturday afternoon in Duxbury, Massachusetts.
The victim of the crash was airlifted in serious condition to Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston.
According to police, the crash took place in the area of 1400 Tremont Street.
Duxbury Police are looking for an older-model gray or blue Jeep, which police say left the scene of the crash.
