DA: Mass. Man Pleads Guilty to Assaulting Two Little Girls

Justin G. Kettell was sentenced two and a half years in the House of Corrections with six months to serve and the balance suspended for two years

A Massachusetts man pleaded guilty to inappropriately touching two girls at an indoor play area in Kingston, Massachusetts, Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz said. 

On April 4, 2016 a parent reported to police that a male chased her daughter and her friend trying to "tickle" them in Billy Beez indoor pool area. Police identified and arrested Justin G. Kettell, 38, of Sagamore Beach shortly. 

Kettell pleaded guilty to two counts of assault and battery. He was sentenced two and a half year in the House of Corrections with six months to serve and the balance suspended for two years.

Judge order him to undergo mental health evaluation and stay away from the victims.
