Doctor Charged With Murder of Former Colleague Pleads No Contest

A mentally ill doctor accused of killing a Yale University physician has pleaded no contest and is due back in court on Sept. 22. 

Lishan Wang, a Chinese citizen, was charged in the 2010 killing of Dr. Vajinder Toor and attempted killing of Toor's pregnant wife. Authorities say the shooting stemmed from a 2008 workplace dispute.

Wang pleaded nolo contendre last week.
