A dog that was stolen from a vehicle in Ashland, Massachusetts, has been returned to his owner.
Police say Newton, a Chihuahua, was in a Toyota RAV4 left running with the air conditioner on in the parking lot of Shaw's.
Ashland Police did not have word on who had taken Newton, but thanked the public for spreading the word.
