A man is facing criminal charges after crashing his vehicle and rolling over on Route 44 in Rehoboth, Massachusetts.
Police say the driver steered the older model GMC van into the opposite lane before striking a large rock and flipping on its side in front of oncoming traffic.
The crash happened around 11:37 p.m.
The man, who has not been identified, was injured and trapped inside the vehicle and had to be extricated by the fire department. The driver was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for his injuries.
Police say the driver will face criminal charges and the crash remains under investigation.
