A 77-year-old woman was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle in North Providence, Rhode Island, Thursday night.
The North Providence Fire Department said that the accident happened on Mineral Spring Avenue by the Lowe's around 7:30 p.m.
The North Providence Police and the State Accident Reconstruction Team were also called to the scene.
There is no word on the woman's condition. She was taken to Rhode Island Hospital.
