A New Hampshire man was arrested Thursday after police responded to a home for a report of a domestic assault in which threats were allegedly made to shoot officers.

Daniel Paolini, 55, of Epping surrendered to authorities after police responded to his Jenness Rd. residence, according to the Union Leader.

The paper says he faces one count of felony criminal threatening and two counts of simple assault for allegedly assaulting his daughter and her boyfriend.
