The father of a Saugus, Massachusetts, teen accused of videotaping a sexual assault and then sharing it on social media will be in court Tuesday.
Matthew Cyckowski is accused of misleading police.
Authorities say Cyckowski destroyed his son's phone, then tried to pass his own phone off as his son's.
His son Timothy is being charged as a youthful offender for his role in the assault.
Rashad Deihim and Kaitlyn Bonilla have also been indicted on kidnapping, sexual assault and other charges in the attack.
