A New Hampshire man is facing felony charges after opening fire in a plaza parking lot.
The incident occurred around 1 a.m. Sunday at 76 Derry Street, also referred to as 102 Plaza, in Hudson.
Terry Allen, 35, of Hudson and another man started fighting in Capri Pizza, according to police, before the men moved outside.
Allen fired three rounds with a .40 caliber semi-automatic, police say.
The gun was found in a wooded area near the plaza.
Allen was taken into custody and charged with Reckless Conduct and Criminal Threatening. He will be arraigned in Nashua 9th Circuit Court on May 19.
The incident remains under investigation.
