A firefighter sustained a shoulder injury while responding to a fire in East Boston that displaced three people, the Boston Fire Department confirms.
The call came in at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday for the blaze at 174 Leyden St. Firefighters extinguished the blaze within an hour.
One firefighter was treated and transported by Boston EMS for a shoulder injury.
According to the department, all occupants of the home made it out safely. Two adults and one child were displaced.
The estimated damage is around $150,000.
