A former funeral home director from Boston will be in court Monday to be arraigned on a 278-count indictment.

Prosecutors allege Joseph O'Donnell, 56, accepted money for cremations, funerals, and burials without having a license.

Authorities executed search warrants at two storage facilities that he rented and found a dozen decomposed human bodies in the Weymouth, Massachusetts, facility.

O'Donnell is the former funeral director at O'Donnell and Mulry Funeral Home in Boston's Dochester neighborhood.
