Vermont State Police are investigating the relationship between a former peer educator and a 15-year-old.
On July 2, the Vermont Department of Children and Families told police their concern of a sexual relationship occurring between 25-year-old Tiffany Pagan and the teen.
Investigation yielded that Pagan mentored the teen and communicated sexually with him through Facebook. She allegedly allowed him to sleep at her residence.
Pagan will appear in Rutland Superior Court on Oct. 20. She is charged with child luring.
