The former town administrator of Derry, New Hampshire, has been found guilty of indecent exposure and lewdness.
A DirectTV salesman testified that John Anderson was nude inside his home when he arrived to sell television services.
The salesman said Anderson was pleasuring himself in the open and made no attempt to stop. He proceeded to leave a television brochure and walk out of Anderson's home.
Anderson said that he was indeed naked, but using his underwear to clean up spilled water prior to allowing the the salesman into his home.
The court found the victim's testimony to be credible. Anderson is scheduled to appear in court for sentencing on September 12.
