Police in Framingham, Massachusetts are investigating a pedestrian accident on Route 9.
Police first responded to a call of an crash Friday evening. Further investigation revealed a woman in her 50s was struck by a car near Prospect Street on Route 9 westbound.
Framingham police said that traffic had been briefly detoured as a result of the crash.
The woman reportedly suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Fortunately, the driver stopped to help and is cooperating with police.
